Brassica hilarionis is a hairless perennial which can grow up to one meter tall. It has a basal rosette of roundish, fleshy, flat-stalked leaves, while its upper leaves are stalkless and stem-clasping. It has large loose racemes of creamy white flowers, with petals up to 2.5 cm long, and narrow beaked pods up to seven centimeters long. The species flowers from March to May.[1] Its common name is Sent Hilarion Lahanası.

Brassica hilarionis is endemic to the Northern Range in Northern Cyprus,[2][3] from Yayla to Kornos.
