Arbre atteignant 45 mètres de haut.


Répartition


Forêts de collines côtières sur sol sableux à Bornéo, Indonésie, Péninsule Malaise, Sabah, Sarawak, Singapour et Thaïlande.


Préservation


Menacé par la déforestation. Quelques peuplements sont préservés dans des réserves.
