Quercus rupestris[1] is the accepted name of an endemic small tree species in the Asian sub-genus of 'ring-cupped oaks' and the family Fagaceae.[2][3]

This is a small tree species, growing to 5–6 m, which appears to be endemic to Vietnam, where it may be called sồi vùng đá[4] There are no known sub-species.[2]
