Cette espèce est endémique de Nouvelle-Bretagne en Papouasie-Nouvelle-Guinée[1].
Description
L'holotype mesure 22 mm[2].
Étymologie
Cette espèce est nommée en l'honneur d'Arthur Willey[2].
