Meritastis lythrodana est une espèce de lépidoptères (papillons) de la famille des Tortricidae endémique d'Australie.

Systématique

L'espèce Meritastis lythrodana a été décrite pour la première fois en 1881 par l'entomologiste britannique Edward Meyrick (1854-1938) sous le protonyme Cacoecia lythrodana[1].

Meritastis lythrodana is a species of moth of the family Tortricidae. It is found in Australia,[3] including Tasmania.[4] Its larvae have been found among leaf litter of Eucalyptus spp., from which it is suspected to feed.[4] Adults have a wingspan of an approximate 2 cm.[4]
