Cette espèce est endémique d'Idaho aux États-Unis[1]. Elle se rencontre vers Twin Falls[2].
Description
Le mâle holotype mesure 1,67 mm[2].
Étymologie
Cette espèce est nommée en l'honneur de David E. Fox[2].
