Distribution
Cette espèce est endémique de Luçon aux Philippines[1]. Elle se rencontre sur le mont Makiling
Description
Le mâle décrit par Chamberlin et Chamberlin en 1945 mesure 1,6 mm et la femelle 1,90 mm[2].
Étymologie
Son nom d'espèce, composé de philippin[es] et du suffixe latin -ensis, « qui vit dans, qui habite », lui a été donné en référence au lieu de sa découverte, les Philippines.
