Cette espèce est endémique du département de Nariño en Colombie[1]. Elle se rencontre vers Ipiales[2].
Description
Le mâle holotype mesure 7,67 mm[2].
Étymologie
Cette espèce est nommée en l'honneur de Luis Edier Franco[2].
