Cette espèce se rencontre en Namibie et en Afrique du Sud[1].
Description
Ce gecko est insectivore[1].
Taxinomie
Les sous-espèces Afroedura africana namaquensis[2] et Afroedura africana tirasensis[3] ont été élevées au rang d'espèce par Jacobsen, Kuhn, Jackman et Bauer en 2014[4].
