Hábitat
Es un pez de mar y de aguas profundas que vive entre 46-1525 m de profundidad.[1][3]
Distribución geográfica
Se encuentra en el Atlántico occidental: el Canadá.,[4][5] Groenlandia[6] y los Estados Unidos.[7][8][9][10][11]
Observaciones
Es inofensivo para los humanos.
