Pyrgotis humilis is a species of moth of the family Tortricidae. It is endemic to New Zealand.[2] This species was first described by Alfred Philpott in 1930 from a specimen collected by C. E. Clarke on Mount Maungatua in Otago.[3][4]
The wingspan is about 12 mm. The forewings are bright ochreous, suffused with purplish fuscous towards the termen. The hindwings are fuscous. Adults have been recorded in December.[3]
