Eupithecia groenblomi is a moth of the family Geometridae. It is known from Norway, Finland, and adjacent Russia.
The wingspan is 15–20 mm. There is one generation per year with adults on wing from the end of May to June.
The larvae feed on Solidago virgaurea. Larvae can be found from mid August to September. It overwinters as a pupa in the ground.
